Somerset Palms - Fort Myers, FL

The scope for this project included redesigning the major marketing areas of the Somerset Palms apartment community in a manner that would draw traffic to the community and provide the maintenance staff with as little residual tasks as possible. Utilizing artificial plant material in the pottery, artificial turf, and Mexican beach pebbles as the ground cover provided color contrast and the low maintenance the community needed.
