Barrows Residence - Bloomington, IN

The Barrow's home has a very sleek, contemporary style and we felt the outdoor space should be a reflection of that. As you walk through the front door of the home, your eye immediately travels through the glass to the back patio, but it lacked a focal point. We developed a concept that would frame the space, incorporate the same materials used on the home's exterior, and provide a unique "Wow" factor. This waterfall and fire feature is now the needed focal point. The waterfall is back-lit with a neon blue light, and can be switched on or off via remote from inside the home. The same is the case with the gas fire feature. Sitting on the patio in the evening and seeing the blue waterfall disappearing behind the dancing orange flames of the fire pit is quite the site.
